Upon arrival, our room was not in the best condition with used sanitary items in the trash can, dirty towels hanging on the back of the bathroom door, and massive stains on the pillowcases. We also encountered an unexpected intrusion by a new patron who mistakenly opened our door while we were in bed, which was quite unsettling.
